Bridget Parris
BFA '91

Bridget Parris has work in the, "New York, New York, New York, so nice we named it Thrice," group exhibition at Flux Factory, December 14, 2007 through January 2008. Bridget's piece "The Metropolitan Opera House," is pictured left. The piece combines images of her recent paintings, which are very operatic in nature, with a set design for a newly imagined opera that takes as it subject the tragedy of Global Warming and subsequent Natural Disasters. The show was curated by Jean Barberis, Melanie Cohn, and Chen Tamir; original concept by Jean Barberis.
